About Me
I’m Rajeev Kushwaha — A Cambridge (UK) educated doctor, Consultant surgeon, educator, and patient advocate.
For over three decades, I worked at the sharp end of Generral Surgery (Cancer and Emergency surgery) and medicine, guiding patients through some of life’s most difficult moments. I have seen firsthand the limits of modern healthcare — and the confusion people face when trying to take control of their own health.
My journey hasn’t been a straight path. I’ve experienced intense professional highs and personal lows, including chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and mistakes that reshaped my life. But I also had a turning point — a moment when I realised that good health doesn’t have to be complicated, expensive, or hidden behind medical jargon.
I have researched the 411 on the Blue Zones — regions where people live long, active, and happy lives — and recognised the power of simple, sustainable habits. No endless lists of conflicting supplements. No unrealistic routines. Just proven, practical principles anyone can follow.
